H42-3 Six-Point Alloy Steel, Redcuced Height Wrenchable Nut

The H42-3 series nut is an all metal stop nut designed for use in high temperature installations up to 450 degrees F. H42-3 non-corrosive self locking nuts are fabricated from carbon steel per specification QQ-P-416C. Alternate part numbers NAS X02 to X6 (-) are dry film lube.

The H42-3 all-metal stop nut is designed for use in high temp installations up to 450ºF.  Fabricated from carbon steel per specification QQ-P-416C.  Non-corrosive.

THREAD: AS8879

MATERIAL: carbon or alloy steel, heat treated

FINISH of H42-3: Cadmium plate per AMS-QQ-P-416, Type II, Class 2 and molybdenum disulfide dry film lubricant per AS5272, Type I.

TEMPERATURE: 450°F
