E-Z Lok is a manufacturer of an extensive line of solid-construction thread inserts for metal, plastic and wood. All E-Z Lok inserts install without special tools. External threads are standard size and pitch to permit the use of standard drills and taps. Upon Installation, microencapsulated adhesive sets and seals against liquids and gases to pressures of 6,000 PSI. Remove inserts with standard screw and bolt extractor.
- Brass Press Inserts for Thermoset Plastics
Press inserts are for use with cored or drilled holes in plastic. Diamond-knurled press inserts are designed to replace molded-in inserts and threads in thermoset plastics. Press Inserts are designed for use in thermoset plastics. The diamond-knurled OD allows for "cold" installation while providing optimum pull out resistance. Maximum pull out resistance is provided with reverse headed Press Inserts.

- Brass Finserts for Plastic
Finserts provide strong metal threads for wood, composition board and thermoplastics such as nylon, polystyrene, cellulose acetate and cycolac.
By distributing stress over a greater surface area, firm permanent fastening is ensured. The fins give higher holding strength in softer materials.
Available with one, two or three fins for varying material thickness, Finserts prevent splintering, splitting and thread pullout.
