NAS1291 Self Locking Jet Nut, Reduced Hex, Reduced Height     

The NAS1291  series nut is an all metal stop nut designed for use in high temperature installations up to 450 degrees F. NAS1291 non-corrosive self locking nuts are fabricated from carbon steel per specification QQ-P-416C. Alternate part numbers NAS X02 to X6 (-) are dry film lube.    \

FINISH of NAS1291 : Cadmium plate per AMS-QQ-P-416, Type II, Class 2 and molybdenum disulfide dry film lubricant per AS5272, Type I.     

TEMPERATURE: 450°F    

NOTES: "C" and "W" dimensions apply after self-locking action. Unless otherwise specified, surface finish 125 microinches.
