Description
MS21060 series floating self-locking thread, floating nut (nut cage has floating capability to allow for minor mis-alignment conditions) plate.
All fasteners are in conformance with Military standards.
Stainless Steel(cres) nut cage & plate, heat treated.
A range of thread sizes offered from 6-32 to 3-8 x 24.
All MS21060 self-locking thread floating nuts are silver plated for corrosion resistance; those series with the “L” in the part number have a secondary dry lubrication finish that enhances the fasteners ability to operate in a corrosive atmosphere, dry clean environment and where frequent disassembly is required.
All MS21060 nut plates can be installed with 3/32” diameter solid rivets or cherry blind (aerospace) rivet.
MS21060 Nut plates can hold wiring bundles, control cables, hydraulic lines, brake lines and many other applications.
This series of nut plates have a 125 KSI rating and can be used in elevated temperatures up to 450 degree F.
